Xavi Hernandez believes 'Messi is already the best' regardless World Cup results

Former Barcelona player Xavi Hernandez gave an interview and talked about World Cup. On World Cup favorites “All the teams in the World Cup can be favorites: Spain, Germany, Argentina with Messi, Portugal with Ronaldo. I believe there will be a lot of teams,like Belgium, which will surprise us,. I think the championship will be hard but at the same time exciting.” On Spain chances in the World Cup "I believe not much has changed since Spain has won the World Cup last time. We have big chances, many young talents. But it will, of course, be hard." On Messi and Argentina's chances.  "When I hear people saying that Messi has to win the World Cup to be called the best in the world, I don’t accept that. He already is the best. And I think that Argentina has big chances and I believe they will be able to win it."
