Tottenham scouts watching £25m Champions League winger

Tottenham are preparing a move for PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano, according to the Mirror. The 23-year-old valued at  £25million. PSV are in the same Champions League group as Mauricio Pochettino's side. Lozano impressed for Mexico in this summer's World Cup, and is believed to have been on Barcelona's radar. Last year Manchester City emerged as favourites to sign him. Instead, the Dutch side secured him permanently on a six-year contract. Goal.com reported PSV sporting director Marcel Brands as saying: "We spent more than six months working on this transfer and some creativity was needed to eventually get the transfer through."
