Tottenham refuse to refund Man City fans money lost after they switched date of match over ground delay.
The game has been switched to October 29, as Tottenham’s new £850million stadium will still not be ready.
Their temporary home, Wembley is booked up that weekend as it will be used for NFL.
Instead, Manchester City announced that they will refund all the tickets bought by fans, who now cannot go on the new date.
