Tim Sherwood received two-match ban for a foul-mouthed rant


Tim Sherwood who is director of football at League One side Swindon Town, repeatedly swore at referee Mark Bron during a match back in February.

According to the FA, Sherwood had raged out on the match official at half-time during a 1-0 defeat  at Bury.

The FA published the written reasons for the 48-year-old’s suspension.

The suspension includes a report of the match referee in which the latter stated that Sherwood “pointed aggressively” in his face and swore on five occasions.

Sherwood had already served the ban and was also fined £2,000.

Swindon town are currently 22nd in League One, seven points from safety.
