With an average of 5.84 years spent at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid are the club with the most loyal players in Europe, according to a study, carried out by the International Soccer Observatory (CIES). Barcelona are another example of a team that have managed to establish a certain backbone in the dressing room, since the Pep Guardiola era. The two Spanish Giants are followed by Bayern Munich (5.26), Viktoria Pilsen (4.28) and Celtic (4.25), while Atletico Madrid and Athletic Club also feature in the top 10.
