Sokratis' injury opens door for another player to play alongside Mustafi

Among Arsenal injured players, Sokratis is another name to mention. The defender was forced off after just 45 minutes as Greece were beaten by Finland in the Nations League  on Monday night and reports state that the 30-year-old suffered an ankle sprain, although there have been no suggestions yet  as to the extent of the injury. It’s a major blow for Unai Emery with fellow Laurent Koscielny and Konstantinos Mavropanos still sidelined, however, there’s one more option to use. Sokratis’ injury would provide an opportunity for Rob Holding to continue alongside Mustafi.  The 23-year-old looks very impressive after starting last three games before international break.
