REVEALED: Why Liverpool ended Fekir talks

Liverpool pulled out of a deal for Lyon captain Nabil Fekir over old injury concerns, it has been revealed. Confirming reports this morning, L'Equipe says Fekir's 2015 knee injury was raised by Liverpool medical staff on Friday. Liverpool medical chiefs were concerned Fekir's knee would not be able to handle the intensity of a Premier League season and so recommended they pull out of the deal.
