Real Madrid want to sign De Gea

Manchester United will try to convince David de Gea to turn down a move to Real Madrid with the offer of a new contract

Real Madrid are reportedly determined to sign Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea next summer.

Spanish outlet Diario Gol claim current Real No 1 Keylor Navas has been told by club president Florentino Perez that he will be leaving in 2018.

That would then pave the way for a move for De Gea, who Real narrowly missed out on due to fax machine issues on Deadline Day in 2015.
