After Julen Lopetegui was sacked by Spain on Wednesday, Real Madrid will not be forced to pay the two million euros in the coach's release clause. Although it has to be after the World Cup, today it was announced that Spain has sacked their head coach, just 1 day before World Cup and that changed the situation of two million release clause. "We are doing a great job at budgetary level and with other sponsors, the RFEF will have 20 million euros more than budgeted," Luis Rubiales said during the announcement. "This is a complicated situation but there are other issues and values that we must transmit. In that sense, we acted in conscience and with responsibility."
