Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has hailed the appointment of Unai Emery as Arsenal’s new head coach.
The 46-year-old Spaniard has been confirmed as Arsenal new head coach following Arsene Wenger’s departure after 22 years in charge.
According to reports, Emery intends to build his squad around Aubameyang who is Arsenal’s one of best players with 10 Premier League goals in 13 appearances following his club-record move from Borussia Dortmund.
It’s a very good coach, it’s never easy in Paris, there’s a lot of pressure,’ the striker told RMC Sport. ‘I know he did a great job in Seville and Paris, too.
‘Of course it’s weird that the coach goes after 22 years. ‘It’s life, we have to move forward, we’ll have to get everyone thinking to work hard to compete with the best,’ the Gabon international said.
