The nine Arsenal players who could be sold to fund Mikel Arteta’s transfer rebuild this summer

Summer transfer window for Premier League clubs is open. Arsenal are looking for a head coach and the favourite contender is Manchester United assistant coach Mikel Arteta.

Latest reports claimed that the Gunners will have just £50 million to spend on transfers ahead of the new season. But Arsenal can sell players and bring in extra cash. Football.London have suggested that 9 players could be sold to fund Arteta’s transfer rebuild this summer.

Hector Bellerin

Manchester United, Juventus and Barcelona interested in Hector Bellerin and if he open to a move away and should the right time offer arrive the club may agree to sell him.

Aaron Ramsey

Arsenal want to extend contract with Ramsey, but The Wales international is far to puts pen to paper.

Calum Chambers

Calum Chambers could be allowed to leave as part of the shake up.

Shkodran Mustafi

Mustafi almost left last summer and this summer Arsenal could sell him.

David Ospina

The Colombia international was expected to leave last year, but Wenger convinced him to stay. Should the right offer come in for Ospina, Arsenal will not stand in his way.

Danny Welbeck

Arsene Wenger stated that he wanted to keep Welbeck. Now Arsenal would be open to letting him leave.

Lucas Perez

The Spanish forward has no future at the Emirates.  Arsenal will look to sell him at a cut price to try and tempt other clubs to take on his wages.

Chuba Akpom

Akpom is expected to finally leave the club this summer. He has enjoyed a successful loan spell in Belgium and it could be that they look to turn that into a permanent move.

Carl Jenkinson

Arsenal could have got around £7m for him, but they will not to be able to fetch that sort of money this time around, even though he still has two years left of his current deal.
