According to <a href="https://gianlucadimarzio.com/it/samp-alvarez-verso-latlas-torreira-arsenal-cifre-e-dettagli">Gianluca Di Marzio from Sky Italia</a>, Arsenal and Sampdoria have reached agreement over Lucas Torreira’s summer move.

Gunners will pay €10 m now and additional €20 m in coming two years.

22-year-old Torreira will have €3 m/year wage. Official announcement of the player will possibly happen after World Cup 2018.
