The Brazilian, whose side are in the hunt for a Serie A title this term, has scored four goals this term as the club sit a point ahead of Juventus at the summit.
The Calciomercato claimed, the London club head coach Arsene Wenger is expected to mount a challenge for the midfielder at the end of the season along with a host of other European outfits.
The Italian source adds, however, that Arsenal's first battle will be with Napoli, who want to keep Allan at the club until his contract expires in 2023.
