Manchester United manager Jose Mouinho has received court note on accusations for tax fraud, El Pais informs.

According to the source, Jose Mourinho has failed to pay the Spanish state an amount of €3.3 millions during his years in charge of Real Madrid. He had been managing the SPanish capital side between 2010 and 2013.

Manchester United boss is not the only Portuguese in big football to be accused recently. Four time Ballon D’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo has been been accused of tax payment violation of much bigger amount (€13 millions). He will be facing the court on July 31.

Spanish state has begun major investigations in the recent years, after discovering big tax gathering violations in football industry in the country.

Barcelona star Lionel Messi and his father Jorge Messi have already been sentenced to 21 months in jail for tax fraud amounting to €3.5, however, will not serve due to specific regulations in the country regarding first time law violations.
