Manchester United head coach Jose Mourinho has told Real Madrid president Florentino Perez he’ll have to cough up big for David de Gea.
According to Don Balon, the pair have touched base over De Gea’s situation.
The 54-year-old specialist is prepared to see his goalkeeper sold – but will insist on €70 million cash plus a Real midfielder.
The Red Devils manager wants a deal for Casemiro and has told Perez such an exchange for De Gea would represent a fair valuation.
Perez could simply meet De Gea’s €70 million buyout clause and ferry him away. But he wants to maintain good relations with Mourinho so will try to avoid any hostile attempt.
Mourinho, reportedly, sees Casemiro as an ideal midfield partner for the under pressure Paul Pogba.
