Mohamed Salah comments on Sergio Ramos's tackle during UCL final

Liverpool attacker Mohamed Salah finally gave his opinion about Sergio Ramos's foul on him during the UEFA Champions League final, after which he picked up an injury and was forced to leave the pitch.

"When I fell to the ground, I had a mixture of physical pain and a lot of worry, also anger and sadness for not being able to continue playing the Champions League final," he told Marca. "Moments later, I also thought about the possibility of losing the World Cup and that was a devastating thought. "I'm better now. I hope to play the first game against Uruguay, but that will depend on how I feel when the match is approaching," the 25-year-old concluded. While asked to comment on Sergio Ramos's claim that he approached Salah with an apology and received an "OK" from the Egypt international, Salah noted: "He sent me a message, but I never told him I was OK," he concluded on the matter.
