Mo Salah has been nominated for the player of the week

Liverpool star Mo Salah has been nominated for the player of the week.   Salah had a goal and an assist in the first half. When he came off in the second with an injury.  Salah now has 38 goals in Europe this season, second only behind Ronaldo. Also has been shortlisted  FC Barcelona defender Gerard Pique. His  goal for Barcelona against Roma was his 12th in the UEFA Champions League, taking him to joint  third in the list of all-time top-scoring defenders. Real Madrid forward Christiano Ronaldo ’s overhead kick against Juventus was “one of the best” in Champions League history.  The Portuguese forward scored twice in Real Madrid’s 3-0 win over  Juventus on Tuesday night. Bayern midfielder James Rodrigues   kept up his record of featuring in every Champions League game this season.  The Colombia playmaker turned the game on its head, playing in Ribery with his first touch for the crucial away goal.
