The Red Devils face a big crisis in defence and so the 24-year-old Burnley defender Michael Keane could be the solution for Mourinho for the next season.
Michael will face his former club Manchester United at Turf Moor. The United academy graduate has been in the name list for possible transfer targets and a move back is probable as keen remains loyal to Man Utd in his heart stating that he is still a Manchester United fan.
“I’m a United fan and I always will be,” Keane conceded during a recent interview. “It was always United.”
Former Red Devil Rio Ferdinand also praised the 24-year-old Burnley defender.
“He’s like I was at 24: a great sponge. He’s from a great family and had a good school upbringing,” Ferdinand said of Keane in his Sunday Times column.
