Loris Karius finally made his comments after the final
Liverpool lost Champions League final to Real Madrid 1-3.
Merseyside club goalkeeper Loris Karius made two huge mistakes. Germany international apologised to fans in the stadium after the final whistle.
He also made his comments about the match and his mistakes.
“I tried to catch it, maybe I should have done it safer and just put it out of play instead of trying to catch it. I judged it wrong. I'm sorry for everyone - from the team, from the whole club - that the mistakes cost dearly.” Karius said.
Goalkeeper was in tears after the match, but he got fantastic support from fans. Jurgen Klopp also defended him after the match when German specialist was asked about his mistakes.
