Juventus are ready to sign permanently Chelsea midfielder Juan Cuadrado.
The London club attacking midfielder is currently on a three-year loan deal until 2019 at the Serie A titleholders, having failed to settle at Stamford Bridge.
The Colombia international winger signed for Blues in 2015 from Fiorentina for around £23million.
Nevertheless, a short spell without shining in west London saw him shifted on quickly back to Serie A in January 2016.
According to Calciomercato.com, Juventus are close to buying him for a fee of £21m.
