Julen Lopetegui has the character to do well at Real Madrid

Real Madrid surprisingly announced Julen Lopetegui will take charge of Los Blancos and he has shown in his career so far both at club level and for Spain that he has the character for the job. Lopetegui has always trusted his youngsters. For example, Oliver Torres was brought up from the youth categories and his performances did not disappoint. Beyond the fact that the coach has always had trust in his youngsters, he also is known for getting the best out of his players thanks to the confidence he shows them. The future Madrid coach is able to alternate moments of clear domination with quick and effective counterattacks. Now that Lopetegui will coach Real Madrid, Keylor Navas' future is yet again in danger. The Costa Rican is not as quick on his feet as other keepers, and that might cause some problems with the new coach as he regards that aspect as being very important. And the big key to all of this is that Lopetegui knows most of the players as he has worked with them.
