Jose Mourinho talks on Croatia national team star he wanted to sign last summer
Jose Mourinho has told about qualities of Croatia national team star Ivan Perisic, whom he wanted to sign last summer.
Perisic played key role in national team’s historic success. Inter Milan midfielder scored in semifinal match against England to equalize the score before Mario Mandzukic fired the net to seal the victory in extra time.
'Perisic is the kind of winger that is different to the others,' Mourinho told RT (via Daily Mail)
'Normally you look at wingers and they are just fast and creative. But he is also physical, very physical. Fantastic in the air.' he added.
Perisic and co will face France to decide World Cup 2018 champions in Luzhniki stadium, Moscow.
