Manager Pep Guardiola was seen speaking with Paul Pogba during City-United derby. Eagle-eyed fans began speculating as to what the duo were talking about, especially considering the recent news involving them. Pogba answered his critic with arguably his greatest performance to date for Manchester United scoring two goals for his side. Before Manchester City derby with Manchester United  Guardiola had claimed that Frenchman's agent Mino Raiola offered him as a potential signing at the start of the season.
