Griezmann could move to Man Utd

Manchester United could miss out on top-target Antoine Griezmann if they fail to return to the Champions League next season, reports the Star On Sunday.

Jose Mourinho’s project at Manchester United appears to be taking shape after some early teething problems, but it appears the Portuguese is not resting on his laurels.

His quest to take United back to the top of European football has seen him set his sights on Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann – and The Sun claim United will do all they can to bring him to Old Trafford.

United splashed the cash to sign Paul Pogba in the summer, and it’s being reported they will offer his France team-mate an identical deal worth £220,000-a-week to lure him away from the Vicente Calderon.

The Sun go as far as saying Griezmann is United’s No 1 transfer target and they are willing to make him the club’s top earner, along with Pogba.
