Olivier Giroud revealed why he ran to celebrate his goal against Liverpool with David Luiz.
Chelsea beat Liverpool to become closer to the 4th place. The only goal was scored by France international, who ran to David Luiz after the goal, hugged him and celebrated with Brazilian.
“He (David Luiz) is a good friend, and I was very happy to dedicate the goal to him. He had bad time recently, but he’s coming back hopefully.”
Antonio Conte, who lost his trust for the defender, also made his comments.
“I didn’t see it. I saw player running to the bench and I used that chance to give some advice to them” Conte said.
Giroud scored his 3rd PL goal since joining Chelsea from Arsenal in January.
