Everton have completed the £13.5m deal of Oumar Niasse from Lokomotiv Moscow. The 25-year-old player has put pen to paper on a four-and-a-half-year deal at Goodison Park.
“It’s a great day for me, a big dream to play in the Premier League and a big dream to play for Everton. Everton is one of the best teams in the Premier League and the Premier League is one of the best leagues in the world,” he said.
Oumar Niasse who has previously been linked with Manchester United and Chelsea, was named Russia Premier League Player of the Year in 2015 scoring 13 goals and making 10 assists in 23 appearances for Lokomotiv this season.
