Premier League leaders Chelsea are set to make Eden Hazard the best-paid player in the Premier League in a bid to keep him out of Real Madrid’s clutches, according to The Sun.

The 26-year-old Belgium international is in line for a hefty pay-rise that will see him earn £300,000-a-week.

Whether that is enough to keep him at Stamford Bridge remains to be seen, though, with Sky sources indicating Real are keen on bringing Hazard to the Spanish capital.
