Breaking: New qualification system in Champions League

UEFA announced that from the next season Champions League qualification system will be changed according to the rankings of the leagues. Starting from the next season 4 teams from the first 4 leagues will directly qualify for the group stage. Leagues that are from 5th to 9th positions in European rankings, will have 1 or 2 places in the group stage. Other innovation is related to the distribution of revenues. Almost every team that will participate, will get a comfortable amount of money. It is interesting that UEFA made this decision because of the fact that many top teams wanted to create their own league and play a tournament, where the revenue would have been much more than it is now. From the next season, the revenue from the TV contracts will also be higher.
