BREAKING. Gonzalo Higuain to AC Milan has been agreed

Italian reported Gianluca di Marzio confirms that the numbers and formula for Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain’s move to AC Milan will be a €18m loan + redemption at €35m. Higuain is very close to joining Milan and the legal team will be tasked with defining the agreement during the day. Juventus and Milan appear to have agreed a complicated deal, even by Serie A standards, of swapping Bonucci and Caldara plus Milan paying €18m to acquire Higuain on loan for the season (with an option to buy for an additional €36m).
