But in his press conference ahead of Dortmund’s match against Freiburg tomorrow, Stoger hinted he is looking to ship the forward out.
Speaking about whether he will play Aubameyang in the match, he said: “I don’t leave someone out just because we have a plan to sell him.
“It’s not safer for the player, to leave him out but let him play in training instead.
“If someone is fit we will let him play so that doesn’t cross my mind.”
