Bayer head coach is disqualified

According to German Football Association, Bayer Leverkusen head coach Roger Schmidt is disqualified for 5 Bundesliga matches and will have to pay a fine of 20.00 euros following the incident which took place in the 22nd Bundesliga match against Borussia Dortmund.

Schmidt refused to leave the pitch after referee Felix Zwayer’s decision, because of which the match was suspended for 10 minutes. Later, the 48-year-old manager apologized for the incident.
