Arsenal shirt numbers that are available to new signings

Arsenal are expected to announce a number of new arrivals following Stephan Lichtsteiner's move from Juventus. Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Caglar Soyuncu, Steven N'Zonzi and Ousmane Dembele have all been linked with a move to the Emirates. But what squad numbers will be available to Arsenal new signings? No. 3 Following Kieran Gibbs' move to West Brom No. 3 shirt has been vacant. Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac are expected to take the number. Previously the number belonged to  Ashley Cole, Nigel Winterburn and Bacary Sagna. No. 5 Sokartis or Soyuncu may well look to take on the No.5 shirt if any of them join the Gunners. Elneny is now the owner of the No.4 top that Soyuncu wears for Freiburg. Gabriel Paulista was the last owner of the No.5 shirt. No. 15 This number will certainly belong to Steven N'Zonzi if he seals a summer move to Arsenal ahead of the new season. The Frenchman currently wears the No.15 shirt for club and country. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was the last player to wear the shirt for the Gunners. No. 19 No. 19 is also vacant following Santi Cazorla’s departure from Arsenal. Big things are expected from the next player to wear the shirt given what Cazorla produced for the Gunners following his move to the club in 2012. No. 24 No 24 has been available after Bellerin decided to take on No. 2 following Debuchy's return to Ligue 1. Bernd Leno can freely use the number if his switch is completed. No. 29 The No.29 shirt is also available for new additions after Xhaka decided to revert to his favoured No.33 Cech's decision to become the club's No.1 has left the shirt number vacant. Gavin McGowan, Tommy Black, Graham Stack, Nicklas Bendtner and Matthew Connolly previously wore the shirt before Cech took it on.
