Barcelona forward Dembele has been heavily linked with Arsenal as speculation over his Nou Camp future continues to rumble on.
The Catalan club will seriously consider offers of €100m for Dembélé. Arsenal head coach Unia Emery likes the player but the Gunners will only be able to land Dembele on loan - and that looks a stretch. So Arsenal are willing to formulate a loan (€10m) with the obligation to purchase (€90m) to get him.
Arsenal have already made five signings so far this summer.
Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi have all arrived.
Unai Emery would love to sign a winger, though, but Dembele seems out of his reach for now.
