Arsenal in race with Chelsea and Spurs for £100m Leon Bailey

Bayer Leverkusen player Leon Bailey could join one of Premier League top clubs with Arsenal most possible among them all. The winger impressed with his performances since his move to Germany from Genk in the 2017 January transfer window. Amid links to the likes of Ousmane Dembele, Lucas Vazquez, Cristian Pavon and Kingsley Coman in the summer, it would appear the Gunners are on the market for a wide player. Bailey is a winger who is widely regarded as one of the most promising talents in European football and has been at the BayArena for almost two years. So it's understood that the German outfit won't consider selling the wonderkid unless a bid in the region of £100m is submitted. Leverkusen will be in a strong negotiation position having tied Bailey down to a new contract which runs until 2023. On his future Bailey said: "At this moment, I can't really say which particular league I want to touch," Baily told ESPN back in April. "I want to play at the highest level with a team that is going to compete to win trophies. At this moment, there's a lot been said, but I'm not so focused on that. For me, I just want the best for myself and my family and whatever the future brings, then I'm ready to accept the challenge.
