Arsenal made first contact with Barcelona for Dembele
According to reports, Arsenal’s head of recruitment Sven Mislintat made first contact with Barcelona over Ousmane Dembele move.
French international moved to Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund in 2017, but contributed only 4 goals in 24 matches. Dembele missed half of the season because of injury.
However, Barcelona don’t want to sell Dembele, while Mislintat may consider also loan deal, as Unai Emery reportedly wants to see 21-year-old winger in his offensive squad for the next season.
According to Sport, Dembele and his representatives are also aware of Arsenal interest.
