Arsenal lack a winger with excited fans reacting rumours of Lille winger swoop

Arsenal are reportedly one of four teams interested in signing Lille winger Nicolas Pepe. Unai Emery appeared to be very active in the summer transfer market by purchasing as many as five new names. Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi were the players, who joined Arsenal in the summer. However, many supporters still are convinced that Arsenal are lacking a winger. Ousmane Dembele, Lucas Vazquez and Kingsley Coman were all linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium but no deal has been signed. According to L'Equipe - as reported by the Daily Mirror - the Gunners alongside Lyon, Sevilla and Real Betis are tracking Pepe who attracted many clubs with his Ligue 1 appearances by netted 13 times in 36 games. He signed a five-year-deal with Lille in June 2017 and this season already managed to score and provide an assist in the opening day win over Rennes.
