Arsenal fans had a massive response regarding Chelsea player David Luiz £17m bid. According to Le 10 Sport, the north London outfit submitted a £17 million bid for the Brazilian defender - an offer that was rejected by Blues and it's claimed that Arsenal are currently unsure whether to return with an improved bid.
Should this shock move go through then Luiz would be reunited with Emery.
The pair were together briefly in the summer of 2016 when the Spaniard was appointed Paris Saint-Germain manager,
