Aaron Ramsey could join another Premeir League club for a very cheap deal

Aaron Ramsey's contract will expire in July 2019 but Arsenal are prepared for January bids for the player. The Standard claims that London club are set to expect a wealth of bids in the winter window. Manchester United and Liverpool might not wait for Ramsey to become a free agent and will sign him with a very cheap deal. Serie A side AC Milan, Juventus and Inter Milan are also keeping tabs on for the player.
